RIVO / LEGAL INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
This notice covers the public website at rivo.team and initial free customer accounts at app.rivo.team. It explains browsing, Google sign-in, account preferences and contacting us. Purchases and licence activation are not enabled in this initial account release.
Who is responsible
RIVO is operated by Aristotle Intelligence Inc., a Delaware corporation. The company is responsible for the processing described in this notice. You can use the mailing address and email contact below for privacy questions and requests.

Visiting RIVO
Your browser sends technical request information to the services that deliver and protect this website. This includes your IP address, browser or device information, requested address and the time of the request. Infrastructure providers may process access and security logs to deliver pages, diagnose faults and protect against misuse.
The public website provides product information. The customer portal provides free account access when registration is enabled. Paid purchases, licence activation, software downloads and referral tracking are disabled for this initial release. Registration does not connect an MT5 account or enable trading.
Your account and Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, RIVO requests only the basic identity permissions openid, email and profile. Google supplies your account identifier, name, verified email address and profile-image URL. We use these details to create and identify your RIVO account, sign you in, provide account functions, respond to account questions and protect the service. This sign-in does not grant RIVO access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.
The authentication system stores the Google identity associated with your RIVO account and, when supplied by Google, access, refresh and identity tokens, permission details and expiry times. Stored access and refresh tokens are encrypted by the authentication library. The profile-image URL is stored in the account record; the current dashboard displays a name initial rather than loading that image.
RIVO assigns its own account and customer identifiers and records account creation and update times. You can optionally save a display name, language and timezone. A pending internal affiliate reference may be allocated with your customer record, but the initial release does not issue an active affiliate link, track referral visits or create commission entitlements.
We use Google identity information for the account purposes described here, not for advertising or building marketing profiles. It is stored on the customer-portal infrastructure and may be accessed by authorised personnel where needed to operate and secure the account service, respond to your request or comply with law.
Sign-in cookies and security records
The customer portal uses necessary cookies to maintain your sign-in and protect authentication requests. Session records include a session identifier, your account identifier, creation and update times, expiry, IP address and browser information. Authentication request counters and request times help prevent abuse.
The sign-in session has a configured lifetime of up to 30 days and may be renewed through use. A short-lived Google sign-in state cookie expires after about five minutes; its server-side verification record has a validity of up to ten minutes. These validity periods determine whether sign-in information can be used; they are not a promise that every associated database or backup record is automatically erased at that time.
Signing out revokes the current RIVO session. The account-security control can revoke all of your RIVO sessions. Clearing browser cookies alone does not delete your account. Google may use its own cookies when you visit its sign-in service, subject to Google’s privacy information.
Website and account preferences
The website uses your browser's local storage for two preferences. These are stored on your device and are not an advertising profile.
- rivo.lang remembers your selected language (English or German).
- rivo.motion remembers whether you paused or enabled the landing-page animation.
These local-storage entries have no automatic expiry. You can remove them by clearing site data for rivo.team in your browser. Clearing them resets the corresponding preferences; it does not erase infrastructure logs or emails. The website can still be read if local storage is unavailable.
The public website does not set its own login or advertising cookies; the customer portal uses the sign-in cookies described above. The reviewed website and customer-account code contains no advertising or visitor-analytics SDK. Hosting and security providers still process technical information needed to provide and protect the services.
Website delivery and external services
The public website is hosted on Kamatera infrastructure in the Netherlands. The customer portal and its account database use Vultr infrastructure in the United Kingdom. Hosting and security providers process request information and stored account data as needed to deliver and protect their respective services.
The website serves its fonts and the Three.js software for its 3D scene from the same website. Its pages do not load fonts from Google Fonts or 3D modules from an external content delivery network. The account portal also uses locally hosted fonts.
Google processes requests made when you use Google sign-in. Account authentication is handled by software running on RIVO’s portal server, rather than by a separate hosted authentication service. Google also provides the contact mailbox described below.
The website and portal web servers do not have routine visitor access logging configured. Service output and operational and security logs may still contain connection and error information. Authorised personnel may access relevant records for support, security and service operation. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law. The current free-account release does not send new account data to a payment provider or trading relay for a purchase or licence activation.
When you contact us
The contact links open your email application. Sending an email provides us with your sender address, message, attachments and any other details you choose to include. We use these details to respond to your question or request. Our current contact mailbox uses Google Gmail, so Google processes that correspondence as part of providing the email service.
Please do not email account passwords, payment-card details or other information that is unnecessary for your request.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use account information to provide the free account and sign-in service you request. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, this processing is necessary to provide that service and take steps at your request. We rely on legitimate interests in operating, supporting and protecting RIVO for service-security records and routine enquiries, on applicable legal obligations where necessary, and on consent where required.
Providing the basic Google identity and necessary session information is required for Google sign-in. Optional profile preferences can be left at their defaults. You can read the public website without creating an account.
Retention and international processing
Browser preferences remain on your device until you clear or replace them. Account identity, Google authentication records and saved profile preferences remain associated with your retained account. The current service has no automatic time-based purge of account or profile records. Expiring a session, signing out or removing Google access does not by itself erase those records or recovery copies.
There is no self-service account-deletion button. You can request access to or deletion of your RIVO account information by emailing the privacy contact below. Requests are reviewed manually, including any legal or security reasons to retain particular records. Copies in backups and operational records also need to be considered when handling a request; this notice does not promise immediate automatic erasure from every copy.
We retain contact correspondence while it is needed to handle your request and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Operational and security records are kept for service operation, investigation of faults or abuse, and applicable legal requirements. Public-website operational logs rotate under infrastructure storage limits. Portal system-log files rotate weekly with four archived versions; this does not guarantee erasure of every related journal or security record after four weeks. Local customer-database backups support recovery and have a 30-day retention schedule.
Aristotle Intelligence Inc. is a US corporation; the public website server is in the Netherlands, and the account service uses Vultr infrastructure in the United Kingdom. Google processes sign-in requests and Gmail contact correspondence through its global services, including in the United States. Hosting providers may also use international personnel or support systems when providing their services. Privacy protections can differ between countries. Google's published transfer framework describes Google LLC's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its use of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also have a right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to the relevant data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Send privacy questions or requests to the contact below. We may need information to verify that a request relates to you. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
You can also remove RIVO’s access in your Google Account connection settings. This prevents further use of that Google connection but does not automatically sign out existing RIVO sessions or delete the RIVO account. Use RIVO’s sign-out controls and contact us separately about account deletion.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when RIVO or its data handling changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Payment, licence, trading and active referral features require additional disclosures before they are enabled. If we seek new Google permissions or a new use of Google data, we will provide an updated disclosure and seek any required permission before that change.
