Terms of Service
These terms cover the public website at rivo.team and initial free customer accounts at app.rivo.team. They do not provide a paid package, software licence or trading service.
About RIVO and the initial account service
The website and customer portal are operated by Aristotle Intelligence Inc., a Delaware corporation. Creating a RIVO account and using the initial account dashboard are free. Registration does not begin a paid subscription, grant a software licence, connect a trading account or activate automated trading.

Your free account
The initial account service uses Google sign-in. Use your own Google account with a verified email address and provide accurate account information. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for telling us if you suspect unauthorised access to your RIVO account.
The free dashboard lets you view your account and save supported profile preferences. Registration availability is shown on the sign-in screen. A free account does not guarantee the availability, price or terms of future paid services, an active affiliate link or any commission entitlement.
You can sign out of the current RIVO session or use the account-security control to sign out all RIVO sessions. Contact us to request account closure or deletion of personal information. Removing RIVO from your Google Account connections does not itself delete the RIVO account. Our Privacy Policy explains the related records and rights-request process.
Features, packages and future purchases
Purchases, licence activation, software downloads and active referral features are disabled in this initial account release. Package listings and system illustrations are informational; they are not a completed purchase, live trading result or confirmation that a displayed capability is available. No purchase charge arises merely from registering for the free account.
Before any future purchase, the applicable package, price, payment and renewal conditions, licence scope, activation requirements, cancellation and refund information will be supplied separately. Those details and the applicable purchase terms will govern that transaction. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including cancellation or withdrawal rights where they apply.
Trading risk and information
Trading involves risk and can result in the loss of capital. Automation, trading signals and software do not guarantee returns, execution, continued availability or acceptance by a proprietary trading firm. Software faults, connectivity issues, market conditions and third-party services can affect operation.
Website content is general product information. It is not individual investment, legal or tax advice, and does not assess whether a strategy or service is suitable for you. You remain responsible for your trading decisions, broker relationship and compliance with the rules applicable to your account and location. Obtain qualified independent advice where needed.
Using the website and account
Use the website and your account lawfully and without disrupting it or other visitors. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious software or impersonate another person when registering or contacting us. Applicable rights to lawful research, accessibility and other permitted uses remain unaffected.
Content and branding
Website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may browse the website and share links to it. Other use of protected material requires the relevant permission unless allowed by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of RIVO.
Third-party services and links
The website may refer or link to brokers, software platforms and other services. Those services are operated separately and may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review their information before using them. A reference on this website is not a promise of their availability, performance or approval of RIVO.
Website changes and statutory rights
We may update RIVO information and these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies this version. Features may change, and temporary interruptions can occur. We may restrict account access when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect security or comply with law. Contact us if you believe an access restriction is mistaken. Updates to this page do not by themselves amend a separate paid-service agreement.
These terms do not exclude or restrict rights or obligations that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
